Our turn around times are listed at the top of the website and in the description of each store item. Please note these time frames when ordering items. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once items leave my hands you will need to file a claim with your postal service for lost/stolen packages.
